If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for free within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. To initiate a return, please email our Comfort Consultants here with the following:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item in as-new condition
    • Confirmation that all original packaging is included (e.g. swing tags, boxes, ribbons, specialty wrapping)
  2. Once we receive your email, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including how to package and post your return via CampusShip.

Return Eligibility

  • Your return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in ‘as new’ condition, including original packaging, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds & Fees

  • You’ll receive a full refund for eligible items once your return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  • If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
