If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for free within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- To initiate a return, please email our Comfort Consultants here with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item in as-new condition
- Confirmation that all original packaging is included (e.g. swing tags, boxes, ribbons, specialty wrapping)
- Once we receive your email, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including how to package and post your return via CampusShip.
Return Eligibility
- Your return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in ‘as new’ condition, including original packaging, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds & Fees
- You’ll receive a full refund for eligible items once your return is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
- If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
