Returns Timeline: What Happens After You Send It BackUpdated a month ago

We want your return experience to be as smooth and stress‑free as possible. Here’s what happens once you’ve sent your Oodie™ order back to us.

1. Your Return Begins Its Journey

After you lodge your return and drop it off, your parcel travels back to our returns facility.

Most couriers take a few business days to scan, move, and deliver the item - timing varies depending on your location.

2. We Receive & Inspect Your Item

Once your return arrives, our team carries out a quick inspection to make sure it meets our returns criteria (unused, unwashed and in original condition, unless it’s a faulty claim).

3. We Process Your Refund or Exchange

After inspection is complete, we’ll process your chosen outcome:

  • Refund: Your refund will be returned to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee
  • Exchange: We’ll pack and ship your replacement item as soon as your return has been processed

Processing usually happens within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return.

4. You’ll Receive an Update

We’ll email you as soon as your refund, or exchange has been completed - no need to chase us.
